Adam worked for Healthcare RM as a case manager and also a Lifestyle technician until some 12 months ago when Adam left to gain experience in the Exercise and Nutrition Industry. Adam specialises in diet, nutrition and endurance training working at Esporta Health Club in Gloucester as an Exercise & Lifestyle Supervisor.
28th of February saw Adam competing in The Beast, a cross country event held near Melton Mowbray where in Baltic conditions Adam finished in a time of 1 hour 10 minutes. Oh the course is a cross country course designed for equestrian events and he finished 9th out of 503 competitors.
