Exciting times at HRM as we develop our total health provision. David Rogers our Head of Musculoskeletal Services has been asked to work with the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham. David will be working at the ROH a couple of days per week starting in June.
Due to our increased activity in supplying our Frog programmes we have taken on a valuable new member of staff in Kirsty Greenwood. Kirsty is an experienced and qualified physiotherapist who specialises in musculoskeletal problems and will be working within our case management team.
This adds to Ben Price BSc (Hons) joining us in relation to Lifestyle and personal training. We will be updating our lifestyle sections on a regular basis as currently this is being worked on

We haven't been back to Grenada in 19 years and so expected some change. was there any change well of course and after the disaster of Hurican Ivan a few years ago the structure has taken some rebuilding. One thing has not changed and that is the people. They are a sfriendly and positive as ever and such a refreshing and welcoming sign in this ever hectic world.
Customer service well that is something else, we went to the Dodgy Dock with the intention of having a drink and dinner. However the menu was a BBQ and buffet which didn't suit us. The restaurant staff realising our requirements looked to the kitchen to see if they could accommodate us and unfortunately they couldn't. So did they just let us leave, no they suggested other local restaurants and when we had selected one made a reservation for us. All this done with warm smiles and a desire to help.
Thanks very much Grenada and the wonderful people.
The Dodgy Dock is at True Blue Resort and for more information follow this link http://www.truebluebay.com

What makes a great meal, the food, the presentation, the surroundings, the staff or a combination of all of those factors? Well we had a great meal last night in Grenada at Le Phare Bleu in a unique restaurant an old Lighthouse Ship.
The food was to die for with perfectly cooked tuna starters and fillet steak like no other I have ever tasted. The Executive Chef is Mark Barthorpe who leads a great team. What is the connection with Healthcare RM well Mark was at the Hilton Puckrup Hall in Tewkesbury and the Hotel is a client of ours.
The final bit about the food a demonstration of dishes which proved that healthy food can be delicious. visit the web for more at
