Stress at work is an interesting subject and work is quickly blamed for stress. However a situation this morning on the M50 a driver in a Renault tailgating another car gesticulating and obviously irritated. Was it the drivers behaviour, the fact that the traffic was travelling at 40MPH in the roadworks, road rage or just the bad start to the day.
It didn't stop there the Renault driver continued his erratic behaviour with lane switching driving too fast and too close to other vehicles.
So when he got to work how was he, how was his behaviour, how was his attitude to his colleagues and did he then blame his work for the stress he had created for himself and did he blame stress at work.
