HRM or Healthcare RM is the leading Company dealing with attendance management 1st Day Sickness Absense Occupational Health and all health related services.
Why is Healthcare RM different to the other OH Providers? We look at total health and not just a spotlight on the particular task. For example when conducting a simple hearing test recently our OH nurse in discussion with the employee found out that he had several abnormal symtoms which was nothing to do with the hearing test being conducted.
The outset of this was that our OH Nurse identified that the employee may have the onset of diabetes. She advised the employee to go to his GP and his response was as follows "Thanks for getting me to go to my GP you were right in what you said and as a result I am now on medication to deal with the early stages of my Diabetes. The other Company we had used would never have spotted it, thanks again".
So at Healthcare RM we deal with every aspect of employee health and this is a good idicator of the importance of a good service.
